On Paws: Quick Update from the Womxn In Crypto
Hello!
This year has been full of so much crypto education and excitement that we can hardly believe its already June! Covering topics like Bitcoin Scalability, the Helium Network, and cold storage (by Sarah) has allowed us an opportunity to share some of the interesting stuff we’ve learned this year. Still, we have a lot to keep learning. The market may be taking a snooze, but we are busier than ever.
Thanks to the support of all of our readers and the folks at Pomp’s Crypto, both of us are taking on bigger challenges than we ever could have imagined — while continuing to collaborate with and encourage more women in this space every day. Maria has already made huge strides in growing her marketing team at a leading crypto business. Stephanie has just started work in digital currency education aimed towards institutional and retail investors.
While we won’t be in total hibernation mode (you can expect to see occasional posts), weekly updates are unlikely for a little while. But definitely make sure you stay subscribed, because we have some really fun long-term projects planned coming from Womxn In Crypto.
If you’re looking for opportunities in the crypto space, check out this job board for ideas. From exchanges to blockchain startups, these are some of the leading names and most exciting openings in the industry — and they’re looking to fill lots of roles. From HR and marketing jobs to more nuanced technical positions, there’s something for beginners and senior seekers alike. LinkedIn (or anywhere you can connect with crypto-specific recruiters) can be really helpful, too…just do your research first.
We cannot emphasize enough our gratitude for every one of you in supporting this newsletter. And we’re hopeful that even during financial instability and other global challenges, the crypto community (perhaps uniquely so) is eager to find and retain the talent of strong women from all backgrounds and experiences. Now is the time to make your mark. And we can’t wait to catch up about everything you’re doing very soon.
Stay subscribed + WAGMI!!
Stephanie and Maria
